Nurse Practitioner

Our nurse practitioner will be the one you will see after surgery in follow up.  She is also a Certified Bariatric Nurse (CBN) and has been specially trained to take care of our bariatric patients. – Alice Jackson

Our Director of Operations manages all the day to day activities to make sure your office experience runs smoothly. – Brynne

Medical Assistants

Every time you come into the office to see one of the providers, the medical assistants will be the ones to review your medical history with you, obtain your current vital signs and gather any reports or test results the provider needs for your visit. – Vanessa, Cathy, Kristina, Ariana, Miriam, Rebecca M.


Patient Care Coordinators

The PCC’s are responsible for making sure that all of your reports have been received and that we have everything we need to submit your pre-authorization packet to your insurance company.  Once we receive authorization for your surgery, they will contact you to schedule your surgery date. – Christine, Isabelle, Claudia, Corina, Alicia


Patient Intake Coordinator

Our PIC will meet with your prior to your consultation with the surgeon to review your medical history and go over your insurance benefits with you. – Julie


Referral Coordinators

Once you have the consult with your surgeon, the referral coordinator will work with you and with your insurance company to help facilitate any additional testing and appointments you will need prior to surgery. – Rebecca G., Clarice, Jenn


Front Desk Check-In/Phones

Our front desk team makes sure that all of your demographic and insurance information is up to date at each of your visits. – Jessica B., Teresa, Angela, Ivy


Medical Records

This team is responsible for making sure that all the reports we receive for you are added to your chart as expeditiously as possible, as well as handling all outgoing requests for medical records for your account in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. – Ashley, Madison, Theresa


New Patient Coordinator

The new patient coordinators are who you will speak with when you first call our office to register for a free seminar.  Once the seminar is completed, you will speak with them to set up your first visit to our office. – Brenda, Chris, Monique


Billing Office

The team in the billing office will work with your insurance company to make sure all your claims are processed correctly and are here to answer any questions you have regarding your insurance claims or account with our office. – Lorri, Janet, Pat, Candice


Patient Advocacy Coordinators

Our team will work with you and your other providers to obtain any outstanding reports that we need for surgery pre-authorization.  They will also check in with you periodically in case you have any questions or need any additional help as you go through the pre-operative work up process. – Jessica, Adrienne
